"Super easy return, no doubt about it"
I had to exchange some yarn because I absolutely picked the wrong color, like there was zero question once I saw it. The return process was straightforward, and they got back to me within a couple days. I did have to pay for shipping it back, which was definitely a little annoying, but overall it went totally fine

I ordered some yarn from Jimmy Beans Wool and, i was expecting the shipping to be a bit much. But it really wasn’t bad at all. The cost felt fair, and the order showed up quicker than I thought it would. I don’t love paying for shipping in general, but in this case, I can’t really complain.

"Good rewards, but I’ve used faster ones"
The rewards do add up nicely, which I appreciate. Compared to a few other programs I’ve used, though, the points seem to take a little longer to show up after I place an order. Not a huge deal, but it would be better if they appeared faster.

In the end, I’m happy with what I got and I’d probably order from Jimmy Beans Wool again. The yarn turned into a nice scarf, that’s what mattered most to me.
The skeins I ordered were really nice overall. The colors were close to what I saw in the photos, and the yarn felt soft in my hands, not itchy or scratchy like some yarn can be.
The only little issue was that one skein had a small knot in it, which was annoying for a second while I was working, but it didn’t ruin the project. I just wish every skein had been a bit more perfect.

"Colors matched way better than I thought they would"
I ordered a few skeins from jimmybeanswool.com, and yeah, I was pleased when they arrived. The colors were really close to what I saw in the photos online, which, is not always the case with yarn.
One of the shades was maybe just a little deeper in person, but not in a bad way at all. It actually ended up working even better for what I was making. No weird surprises, no disappointment, so I’d definitely order again.

"issue got fixed quick"
i had a problem with my order and ended up emailing them about it. it took a little bit, but they got everything sorted out in the end. not a perfect experience, but i do appreciate that they made it right.
